Bourgogne Chardonnay AOC

APPELLATION > Bourgogne AOC

GRAPE VARIETY > Chardonnay

SOIL > The grapes selected for this cuvée originated from Burgundy’s finest Chardonnay terroirs: one third was sourced from the Côte d’Or, one third from the rocky terroirs of the Mâconnais for ripeness and bold fruit flavors, and one third from the cold, steep terroirs of the Chablis region for minerality and freshness.

VINIFICATION > Côte d’Or grapes were left whole while pressed, then vinified and aged in barrels with regular stirring to lend depth, structure and elegance. The Mâconnais and Chablis grapes were vinified in stainless steel to preserve their freshness and fruitiness.

TASTING NOTES > A superb Chardonnay boasting exceptional minerality and freshness with fruity scents of pear and apricot. The palate is round, offering lovely wild strawberry aromas and slightly tangy pineapple notes. An elegant, easy drinking wine that is endowed with remarkable length. Best to drink within 3 years

FOOD & WINES > Enjoy at 12°C. To be served with grilled fish or sushis.
