SOIL > More than 30% of the grapes for this cuvée come from the Côte d’Or. The remaining grapes are sourced from the South of Burgundy known for its freshness, and finally, from the calcareous clay soil of the Beaujolais.
VINIFICATION > Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, under controlled temperatures. The wines from the Côte d’Or were aged in oak casks to lend structure and complexity to the blend. The remaining wines were aged in stainless steel vats to enhance their freshness and fruitiness.
TASTING NOTES > An elegant and expressive Burgundy boasting delicate cherry aromas and floral notes. A hint of pine sap and pepper bring interesting complexity. The palate starts off with vivacity and lovely acidity. A pleasant finish with remarkable length and subtle cedar notes. Best to drink within 3 years.
FOOD & WINES > Enjoy at 15°C. To be served with beef or grilled duck breast.
